What does an AI automation consultant do?
I start with your business process, identify the steps worth improving, and propose a practical approach. The engagement can include diagnosis, workflow design and a working prototype for your team to test.
What if we have a problem but no specification?
That is a useful starting point. We can scope a diagnostic first: understand the bottlenecks, map the process, and decide what a valuable first version would do.
Do you build full production systems?
This offer focuses on scoped tools, automations and proofs of concept. The handover explains what your company’s technical team needs to review and strengthen before production. Any additional implementation or support is agreed separately.
Can we work together in Arabic?
Yes. Scoping, reviews and handover can be in Arabic or English. I work remotely with companies across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Jordan.
What do we receive at handover?
The agreed code or workflow assets, a demonstration, setup instructions, known limitations, and the next steps. We agree ownership, dependencies and any third-party tool costs before the build.
How long does a project take, and what does it cost?
Both depend on the workflow, access, complexity and review needs. We agree milestones, availability and a quote after scoping. You can enquire before you have a fixed budget.
Can you build with our existing tools and data?
We first check the tools, access and constraints. Early prototypes can use sample or sanitized data. Your company decides which tools and data access it approves for the project.
