Figure out where AI actually helps — not everywhere, just the specific steps where it saves the most time. Define what a first version looks like, sort out access and requirements, then scope the build.

BUILD

Build the Prototype

Build the agreed workflow, test it with suitable examples, and put it in front of the team for feedback.

HANDOVER

Review & Hand Over

Walk through the result, document the setup and limitations, and identify what your technical team needs to take it into production.
